1. Digital Products (PDFs, Online Courses, Mock Tests):
All our digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once they are delivered or accessed. Since these materials are provided in instant downloadable or viewable formats, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We strongly encourage students to read the course details, demo materials, or sample PDFs before purchasing.
2. Physical Products (Printed Notes, Hard Copies):
If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We will verify the issue and arrange for a replacement of the same product at no extra cost.
To initiate a return, kindly share your order ID, contact details, and a clear photo of the received product through our support email or WhatsApp channel.
3. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are applicable only if:
The product is unavailable or out of stock after payment.
There is a duplicate payment or technical error during the transaction.
