Refund Policy

At Bined India Academy, we strive to provide quality education and complete satisfaction to every learner. However, we understand that certain situations may require a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Digital Products (Online Courses, PDFs, Mock Tests):

All digital products such as PDF study materials, online courses, and mock tests are non-refundable once they have been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
Since these are instant-access educational resources, refund requests for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or lack of usage cannot be accepted.

2. Physical Products (Printed Notes, Hard Copies):

If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect physical product, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
Please contact us within 3 working days of delivery, providing:

  • Your Order ID

  • Proof of damage or wrong product (a clear photo or video)

  • Your contact details

After verification, we will initiate a replacement or full refund as applicable.

3. Refund Eligibility (Valid Cases):

Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same order.

  • Technical error causing payment deduction but product not delivered.

  • Product is permanently out of stock or unavailable.

4. Refund Processing Time:

Once approved, refunds are initiated within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation message or email once the process is complete.
